- I am a mother, teacher of Kundalini yoga and meditation, and Reiki healer. I also have an MA in Psychology and co-facilitate hospice groups for the newly bereaved. Keeping the heart open - no matter what! That is my life's purpose. It is a daily (life long) practice that gives my life meaning.

just want to say thank you for keeping your commitment to blog here everyday. i haven't seen many comments and wanted you to know that i am here reading and enjoying your offerings! i, for one, have found these forty days to be very rich and do not wish for another 10 to be all there is! i see this as a re-framing time for how to walk through this life and a reminder of the opportunity in every moment to love more, be happy and connect to the divine.
