- I am a mother, teacher of Kundalini yoga and meditation, and Reiki healer. I also have an MA in Psychology and co-facilitate hospice groups for the newly bereaved. Keeping the heart open - no matter what! That is my life's purpose. It is a daily (life long) practice that gives my life meaning.

Today I cleaned off a dusty place and created my 40 day altar (a few days late.) But I wanted to really absorb all that I am committing to and from that place, I created a meaningful altar.
It's amazing that I am already being presented with opportunities to end my self-imprisonment - and it feels hard!!! I'm attached to my slavery!!!
